Question: Will business software become more interactive by 2018 or will separate tools for this continue to be necessary?
In the future, collaborative concepts will be integrated in company software – but the integration of CRM with Social Media and with it connected interactive communication is relevant in the first place for 2018. Further integrations will always orientate at the customer purpose – especially for our target audience Small and Medium-sized Companies. So basically you should have the focus: Only because it is technically possible it does not mean at all that the user will profit thereof.
